Buyer Inspections: A typical inspection will take from 2-3 hours and includes all the major systems in the home. I will provide you with a report detailing all aspects of the inspection. Full color digital photos will be included to highlight items on the report. Click here for a sample report.
Pre-sale Inspections: I offer pre-sale inspections for sellers to make sure their house is, in fact, ready to sell. Most buyers will ask for an inspection prior to closing so why wait to fix items that will be identified later anyway? A well maintained home will bring you the best price.
